When I send a test page, I see it appear in queue, but quickly disappear. ![]() I'm pretty sure I fixed this machine up months ago and tested everything works - It's been sitting in a corner for a good time but I can't imagine there would be any mechanical faults like faulty boards or ports. I don't really understand WHY it will not print, besides the drivers being incompatible, which seems impossible since the 205 series driver is the only one I can find that implicitly supports the e-Studio 225.Įdit 2: The internal test prints work fine, as do copies. I've tried variety of compatible drivers and done the setups according to the specs of machine (disable finishers and extra drawers etc etc) Tried printing directly, tried spooling, disabled SNMP (no network anyway) and generally fiddled with every option available in the driver properties. However, after it warms up the job is gone from the queue and the printer goes back to it's normal Ready state. If the machine is sleeping, it wakes up with the "Please Wait." "Warming up" so I know that there is SOME communication happening. ![]() Select 225 as my model: Neither PCL6 or PS3 works. This machine should just plug in and work with the appropriate driver. Haven't done firmware update yet but I highly doubt it will help (downloading the packages now. ![]() Never had so many issues with a USB installation in my life.
